Odunola Onadipe is Head, Group Human Resources for the BGL Group. An experienced professional Human Resource Manager, she has over ten years experience in Banking and Financial Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources Management working within the financial services industry (commercial banking and investment banking). Odunola holds a first degree in English obtained from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Nigeria and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Currently enrolled in an online MBA programme of the University of Liverpool, UK, she is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA and a certified Thomas Systems Profile Assessor.

Prior to joining BGL, she worked in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc as a Human Resource Executive and also worked in the Banking Operations Group and the Human Resource Management Division of MBC International Bank (now First Bank Plc).
